Slow it Down
You’re busy. I get it. You want to slow down but think you can’t possibly find the time. So I want to provide a taste of what mindfulness can do. Below are a set of practices that can indeed be done in as little as 5 minutes a day. And you will feel the benefits immediately. And you’ll think, “wow, there really is something to this mindfulness thing. I’m going to do 10 minutes tomorrow”… then 15 minutes… and so on. You get the idea. You set the timer for the length of time you wish to practice. If it’s only 5 minutes a day, well that’s a great start. But I’m warning you — it’s addictive!
